Solar-thermal — hybrid PVT panel
The PVT panel produces electricity and solar heat at once. The heat feeds the water/water HP and the thermal store directly.
Solar-thermal: geothermal, on your roof.
A geothermal heat pump draws heat from the ground through drilled probes. With HOMii, the hybrid PVT panels on your roof play that role. No drilling, no outdoor unit.

The panel captures
The front produces electricity. The heat exchanger on the back collects heat from the sun and the ambient air, even at night.

The water/water HP upgrades
The heat-transfer fluid flows to the HOMii heat pump module, which raises its temperature for heating and hot water.

Thermal storage keeps heat and cold, the battery keeps electricity. HOMii CORE allocates energy to your needs.
No outdoor unit
Nothing on the façade or in the garden: no fan noise, no visual impact.
No drilling
The roof replaces the ground probe. Installation needs no earthworks.
Heat even in winter
The panels collect heat from the air day and night, keeping the heat pump efficient in cold weather.
More productive panels
By drawing off heat, the heat pump cools the PV cells, which produce more electricity in summer.
Boosters to match your home
Depending on your land, pool or heating needs, a booster can be added to the PVT panels to raise heat-pump performance all year round.
Solar-thermal + water tank
A buried water tank under the slab acts as a thermal reservoir. The HP draws or rejects heat there depending on the season, alongside the PVT panels.
Solar-thermal + pool
The pool becomes an energy source. Heat rejected in cooling mode warms the pool, and the pool water serves as a reservoir for the HP.
Solar-thermal + geothermal probes
Closed-loop vertical ground probes give the water/water HP a stable source all year round, alongside the PVT panels.
Solar-thermal + groundwater geothermal
A pair of wells draws water from the aquifer and returns it after heat exchange, giving the water/water HP a stable-temperature source alongside the PVT panels.
Key points
Energy Module
Solar panels, a 15 kWh LFP battery and energy management (EMS). Your electricity is used in the home first.
Heat Pump Module
Inverter water/water heat pump, modulating from 4 to 16 kW, using natural R290 refrigerant. It heats, cools and produces hot water.
Thermal storage module
PCM (phase change material) storage keeps heat for heating and hot water, without a large buffer tank.
HOMii CORE
The intelligence decides in real time when to produce, store, consume, buy or sell, based on weather forecasts and tariffs.
TER
HOMii measures performance with the TER (Total Efficiency Ratio), combining heating SCOP and cooling EER.
Hybrid PVT panels
They produce both electricity and low-temperature heat, used as the heat pump source.
Tarp Booster
A water reserve of about 4 m³, in a crawl space or buried, stores the captured heat.
Pool Booster
HOMii connects to your pool filtration, which acts as an artificial water table.
Geothermal Booster
Closed-loop vertical boreholes or a groundwater well doublet. With geothermal, panels are standard PV.
Automatic control
The EMS always selects the most efficient available source.
Questions
Where is HOMii installed?
In a garage, utility room or plant room. The unit is delivered in modules and installed in one day by a certified team.
Does HOMii replace my boiler?
Yes. HOMii provides heating, cooling and hot water, and produces part of your electricity.
Is cooling included?
Yes. Cold is recovered while producing hot water, which makes cooling almost free.
Which Booster should I choose?
It depends on your land, whether you have a pool and your heating needs. The configurator recommends a solution, confirmed during the technical visit.
Can I add a Booster later?
Yes, Booster kits connect to the existing HOMii unit.
