Assumptions and limits
- HOMii: Standard plan (HOMii + 6 kWp PVT), €32,490 incl. VAT and shipping, water/water HP (SCOP 4.5), 15 kWh battery and EMS control; about 70% of consumption covered by solar, no replacement over 30 years.
- Electricity: regulated Base tariff 9 kVA (€0.1985/kWh, Aug. 2026), +3%/yr. Gas: CRE reference price Nov. 2026 (€0.158/kWh), +4%/yr. Logs €0.05/kWh, pellets €0.08/kWh. Solar surplus bought back at €0.04/kWh for 20 years.
- Hot water: built into HOMii; heat-pump water heater (€3,000, replaced at 15 years) for other systems. Summer cooling: provided by HOMii and reversible systems; a €6,000 cooling unit is added to the others.
- Financing: same rate (8%) and term (15 years) for all; HOMii with no deposit, others with a 20% deposit. Replacements paid cash.
- Standard panels option: €10,000 installed, 8,700 kWh/yr, no battery or control, inverter replaced at year 13.
- Public grants not deducted for any system: with MaPrimeRénov’ and CEE, HOMii’s remaining cost drops further.
- Indicative simulation on average assumptions (house in southern France), not a quote. Stoves are assumed to heat the whole house.
